Terms & conditions

Rules for using Quran Arabic Center services, subscriptions, and classes. Read this before you enroll or pay.

The following sections apply to students and guardians using Quran Arabic Center. If anything is unclear, contact us before you register or pay.

1. Registration and subscription

1.1 Registration requirements

Students must be at least 5 years old to register on the platform. Accurate and correct information must be provided during registration.

1.2 Account creation

Upon registration, you will receive a personal account through which you can access all services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

1.3 Accepting terms

By registering on the platform, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

2. Payment and subscriptions

2.1 Payment methods

We accept payment via credit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments. All transactions are conducted securely and encrypted.

2.2 Subscription fees

The prices listed on the website are final. Prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice.

2.3 Subscription renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.

2.4 Refund policy

You can request a refund within 7 days of the subscription date if you have not attended any session. After that, refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances, which are assessed on an individual basis.

3. Classes

3.1 Class scheduling

You can book classes through your dashboard. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred times are available.

3.2 Class duration

Each class lasts either 30, 45, or 60 minutes as per your selected plan.

3.3 Class attendance

Students must attend classes at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the class may be canceled and counted as a missed class.

3.4 Connection quality

Students must ensure internet connectivity and quality of audio and video before starting the class. If technical issues are from the student's side, the class cannot be rescheduled.

3.5 Student conduct

Students must adhere to learning etiquette and show mutual respect towards the teacher. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the class or cancellation of the subscription.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Cancellation by student

You can cancel a class at least 24 hours before its scheduled time with no loss of the session. If canceled 12–24 hours before, 50% of the class value will be deducted. If less than 12 hours before, the class is fully deducted.

4.2 Cancellation by tutor

If the tutor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible. If no suitable timing is available, the session will be returned to your balance.

4.3 Emergency cases

In cases of documented medical or family emergencies, you may request a cancellation with full compensation. Proof must be provided within 48 hours of the class time.

4.4 Repeated cancellations

In case of repeated cancellations (more than 3 times per month), we may ask you to review your schedule or we may impose a stricter cancellation policy.

5. Makeup classes

5.1 Makeup eligibility

Missed classes can only be made up in the following cases: cancellation by the tutor, technical issues from the platform’s side, or documented emergencies.

5.2 Makeup period validity

Makeup classes must be used within 30 days of the missed class date. After this period, the makeup class expires.

5.3 Rescheduling makeup classes

You can schedule makeup classes through your dashboard at available times. Makeup classes cannot be moved to a new subscription period.

5.4 Makeup limit

No more than 2 makeup classes can be granted per month. Any additional missed classes cannot be made up.

5.5 No show

If you do not attend the scheduled makeup class without prior cancellation, you will forfeit that class and cannot reschedule it again.

9. Technical support and service

9.1 Technical support

We provide technical support 24/7. You may contact us via email, phone, or live chat.

9.2 Response time

We aim to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours on regular days. In emergency cases, we respond within 4 hours.

10. Subscription termination

10.1 Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period.

10.2 Termination by us

We may terminate your subscription in case of terms and conditions violations, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.

10.3 Refund after termination

If we terminate your subscription due to our error, any remaining funds will be refunded. If the termination is due to a breach of terms, no refund will be given.
